Women in Transition: A Workshop Series on Navigating Grief
Change, loss, and the grief that follows are among the most universal parts of being human. As women, we meet these passages in many forms - divorce, the death of loved ones, empty nesting, shifting roles as mothers and caregivers, and countless other transitions.
Too often, we navigate these seasons in isolation. While grief is inevitable, being alone in it doesn’t have to be.
This 5-part workshop series provides a supportive space to explore the six stages of grief - denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance, and meaning - with the expert guidance of Dr. Jenna Flowers, PsyD, MFT, who brings over 20 years of private practice experience in Newport Beach. Together with Well + Co, you’ll also be introduced to somatic practices designed to help you process difficult emotions, release stored tension, and cultivate resilience while honoring your body’s unique wisdom.
Together, we’ll move through these stages with tools for healing, reflection, and community support.

Why Somatic Practices?
Grief, trauma, and stress are often “stored” in the body, creating tension and imbalance. Somatic work works gently with the nervous system to release these emotions.
Breathwork helps unlock and move stagnant energy, creating relief and clarity.
Sound Healing soothes the nervous system, shifts blockages, and fosters deep rest.
This series is a healing container: a place to honor grief, embrace change, and discover the resilience that emerges when we walk through transition together.
