Women in Transition - A Monthly Grief Support Circle

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. It ebbs, resurfaces, softens, and sometimes surprises us. As women, we carry grief through many transitions — the loss of loved ones, divorce, empty nesting, identity shifts, caregiving changes, unmet expectations, quiet personal endings and on and on.

Too often, we carry it alone.

This monthly 2-hour grief support circle is a gentle, ongoing space to land. You do not need to have attended a prior workshop. You do not need to be in a specific “stage” of grief. You simply need a willingness to come and be with what is.

Each month, we gather in community to explore themes and different stages of grief, transition, resilience, and meaning — guided by Dr. Jenna Flowers, PsyD, MFT, who brings over 20 years of private practice experience in Newport Beach, alongside the somatic healing practices of Well + Co.

Why somatic practices?

Grief lives in the body as much as in the mind. When unprocessed, it can settle as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or numbness.

Somatic work gently supports the nervous system in moving emotion — not forcing it, not fixing it — but allowing it to move.

This circle is a space for any woman carrying the weight of loss or life transitions. Whether grief is new or resurfaces unexpectedly, you’ll find a gentle, supportive container here. Come to connect, to breathe, to release, or simply to be seen. Come once, come monthly, or come whenever it feels right.

Next offering is April 16th at 9:30-11:30am.
