A Three-Month Gentle Return to Balance

This three-month container is for those who are ready to go a little deeper, to begin creating a steady, sustainable foundation of well-being through small, intentional shifts that honor your body’s innate wisdom.
It’s not about restriction or chasing perfection. It’s about slowing down enough to listen, to nourish, and to find your own natural rhythm, one that feels balanced and true to you.
In our work together, we’ll look at the whole picture of your life, not just what you eat or how you move, but how you rest, connect, create, and show up in the world. Because your health isn’t only physical; it’s woven through your relationships, family, your home, your joy, your creativity, your career, and your sense of purpose.
Somatic Health Coaching weaves together integrative nutrition, somatic practices, movement, and a variety of healing modalities — from herbs and breathwork to mindfulness and energy work — to help you reconnect with your body and restore balance in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
My role is to walk beside you — to offer tools, encouragement, and gentle guidance that meet you exactly where you are. Each small step we take together becomes a building block for lasting change. Over time, those small shifts begin to feel like second nature and the foundation for balance, ease, and vitality in your everyday life.

This work is for those who feel burnt out, disconnected, or simply ready to come home to their body again. Whether you’re navigating hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, stress, fatigue, anxiety, grief, or any of the many challenges life presents, this is a space to reconnect and restore. Through small, consistent shifts in nourishment, movement, rest, and emotional awareness, you’ll begin to create change that feels gentle, steady, and truly sustainable.
What to Expect
We’ll meet bi-weekly for 60-minutes (six sessions total, the first session will be 90 minutes), either in person or remotely depending on your location. Each session offers practical, easy-to-integrate tools that you can begin using right away.
This process isn’t about overhauling your life overnight. It’s about slow, steady, digestible change, one gentle shift at a time. Over weeks, those shifts become rituals; over months, they become the foundation for your lasting well-being.
Month One: Awareness & Foundation
Listening to your body’s wisdom
Comprehensive health and somatic intake
Identify patterns of imbalance; physical, nutritional, emotional, and energetic
Explore your current relationship with food, stress, rest, and movement
Learn grounding techniques, embodiment tools, and nervous system regulation practices

Month Two: Integration & Reconnection
Honoring nourishment as a living practice
Deep dive into bio-individual nutrition: understanding what foods support your unique constitution

Introducing somatic tools to explore emotional patterns, coping mechanisms, and held tension
Designing movement and rest practices that feel supportive for your body
Introduce gentle herbal and supplemental support for balance and vitality
Receive simple, seasonal recipes and guidance for intuitive, joyful cooking
Continue somatic tools for emotional processing and stress regulation
Focus: Rebuild trust with your body through food, awareness, and self-compassion.
Month Three: Embodiment & Sustainability

Integrate your somatic and nutritional practices into daily life
Explore how seasonal changes affect your nourishment and energy
Learn ways to continue supporting your body through herbs, rest, and rituals
Continue practicing somatic tools that help you stay grounded through life’s inevitable stresses, process emotions in real time, and break free from old cycles and patterns.
Reflect on your journey and create a personalized plan for continued growth
Focus: Move forward with confidence, clarity, and tools to support lifelong balance.
Modalities We’ll Explore
Throughout our time together, we’ll draw from a variety of tools and healing modalities designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Each practice is chosen intentionally to meet you where you are and help you reconnect to your natural rhythm.
Integrative Nutrition
Focuses on whole, nourishing foods tailored to your bio-individual needs to support energy, hormone balance, digestion, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll create an eating plan that’s unique to you, rooted in bio-individuality and guided by the wisdom of seasonal eating. Some clients are hoping to deeply reset and cleanse and others are looking to understand what is the most nourishing for their body in this season of life, wherever you are I meet you there.
Somatic Work
Helps you tune into your body’s sensations and signals, releasing stored emotions and tension while deepening self-awareness and calm. Together, we’ll explore emotional patterns through practices like understanding coping mechanisms, shadow work, inner child healing, mask work, and aspecting which help you peel back the layers of conditioning to understand and connect more deeply with yourself.
Movement
Honors the ever-changing needs of your body and we focus on adapting to your energy, emotions, cycle, and goals. Together, we’ll discover ways to move that feel nourishing and sustainable, making movement something that brings joy and balance to your daily life.
Nervous System Regulation
Supports your body in shifting out of fight-or-flight and into a state of balance and safety. As you learn to regulate your nervous system, you’ll build greater resilience and capacity to navigate life’s inevitable stresses with steadiness and tools to do so.
Breathwork
We explore both regulating and activating breath practices to help calm the mind, clear emotional blocks, and restore balance. Breath becomes a tool to reconnect with your body, release stuck and stagnant emotions, increase focus, and support energy flow.
Sound Healing
Uses vibration and frequency to help the body release stress, balance the nervous system, heal, and restore emotional harmony. Sound becomes a gentle way to recalibrate and create space for peace and renewal.
Herbalism
Draws on the wisdom of plants to gently support your body’s natural healing processes. Whether through supplements or simple herbal remedies, we’ll explore the powerful ways herbs can restore balance, vitality, and emotional harmony.
Energy Work
Incorporates practices such as Reiki, chakra alignment, and meridian balancing to clear stagnant energy and restore flow. These subtle techniques help align your emotional, physical, and energetic systems bringing a greater sense of ease, vitality, and inner balance.
Embodiment Practices
Encourage you to fully inhabit your body, cultivating grounded presence, confidence, and a deeper connection to your authentic self. These practices help you return home to yourself, moment by moment.
My Approach
Every person heals differently. There’s no single plan or perfect formula. Together, we’ll uncover what your body is asking for in this moment and create a rhythm that works for you.
Our work blends integrative nutrition, somatic work, embodiment practices, movement, herbal wisdom, and holistic practices that meet you right where you are. You’ll leave each session with tangible tools and small actions that feel realistic and supportive.

A Note from Me
On paper, I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach, Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Sound Healer. I’ve also studied herbalism and believe deeply in the body’s innate ability to find balance when we learn to live in rhythm with nature.
But beyond my certifications, I’m simply someone who has walked this path myself, someone who knows what it feels like to be depleted, burnt out, and searching for answers that quick fixes can’t offer. My own journey taught me that real healing happens when we begin to listen to our bodies, unlearning outdated ways of being and honor what we need season by season, moment by moment.
My mission is simple: to give you the tools to reclaim your health, happiness, and vitality in a way that feels sustainable and practical for your real life.
